​UltraBender ECO 100 – Safety First

The operational principle of our high rule bender:
There has always been a debate about whether the working area of a high rule bender should be completely enclosed for safety or freely accessible for the operator. Both approaches have their merits: a closed working area ensures risk-free operation, while an open area allows operators to manually reduce vibrations on long pieces to achieve perfect bending results.

​At UltraBender, we chose the open working area design to maximize production quality while maintaining total operator safety.
Here’s how the ECO 100 ensures safe operation:
✅ If you are off the safety mat, the machine cuts automatically because you are outside the danger zone.
✅ If you are on the safety mat to manually stabilize the rule and reduce vibration, the automatic cut is suspended. To complete the operation, you must either press the two-hand buttons or step back from the mat (leave the danger zone) for the cut to start automatically.
This innovative design delivers the perfect balance between production quality and operator safety.
